Shipping and delivery
All our cheeses and other Dutch delicacies are shipped to our customers directly from our cheese farm in Katwoude, the Netherlands. After receiving your order, it is processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible.
As soon as we have handed the package over to the carrier, you will receive by e-mail the tracking information. With this information, you can easily track your package. If you have not received any tracking information, please send us an e-mail stating your order number at b2b@henriwillig.com.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Both shipping costs and delivery times vary per country. We depend on our carriers for this. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the volume and weight of your order.
* We ask for your understanding that shipping route delays are beyond our control and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day.
Change of delivery address
Would you like to change the delivery address of your order change? Unfortunately, you not do this yourself. Please contact our B2B Team immediately at b2b@henriwillig.com quoting your order number and the correct delivery address. We will then try to solve this for you, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. Once your parcel has been packed and dispatched, we unfortunately no longer have any influence on this.
Incomplete shipment
We always do our best to deliver your order complete and on time. If something is missing or something else is wrong, please contact us immediately after delivery by email at b2b@henriwillig.com. Please include your order number, a brief explanation and possibly a photo showing the problem.
