Where do the cheeses come from?
All cheese sold through our website comes from our own company in the Netherlands.

To what countries do you ship orders?
We ship our cheeses worldwide view the destinations here
Note: Deliveries to a PO Box address are unfortunately not possible.

My country is not among the countries listed above, do you ship to other countries as well?
If your country is not listed above, please contact us per email We will contact our shipper to see what available options we can offer you for your country of destination.

Can I send cheese over the summer or during a warm period?
Our cheeses will remain perfectly fine outside the refrigerator because of the protective wax coating around the cheese. For this reason our cheeses would like to travel all over the world, even during warm weather conditions. when your cheese arrives somewhat soft (and moist). Our tip: just put the cheese in the refrigerator and the cheese will return to its original structure. This will have no consequences for the taste or the quality of the cheese.

How long can I store your cheese?
When you receive our cheese and you place it in the refrigerator, the cheese can be kept for a period of +/- 6 to 8 weeks.

Can I freeze cheese?
It is better not to freeze cheese because this is bad for the taste.

The weight of my cheese is less than stated in the webshop.
 This is the original (manufacturing) weight of the cheese, but as the cheese matures it loses weight and becomes lighter.


I have placed an order in your webshop and I have not received my package and/or received any information so far regarding the shipment of my package. Can you help me?
When your order is handed over to our shipper, you will automatically receive an email notification with track and trace information. This way you can always check for the latest updates regarding the shipment of your order.

How long will it take before my order arrives?
It will take 2-4 days for us to process your order, prepare it for shipment, box it, and hand it over to our shipper. You can find the delivery times used by our carrier in our Shipment and Delivery section.

I have seen an item in one of your cheesestores/cheesefarms and I cannot find it in your webshop. Can you help me?
We only carry a selected assortment online. However if you are looking for a specific item/cheese, please let us know, and we will see what we can do for you.

What additional costs might I have to expect?
For international shipments additional costs, such as import duties and/or custom fees, could apply, depending on the legislation of the receiving country.
These costs are not included, and therefore at the expense of the recipient.
Orders to Israel: From an order value of € 75.00 / 5kg, additional costs may be charged by the Douane to the consignee.
