Shipment and delivery

All of our cheeses and other delicious Dutch treats are shipped directly from our cheese farm here in the Netherlands to our customers. Upon receipt of your order, it is processed, packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive by email a track and trace code to easily follow your shipment.

Shipping within the EU (GLS)

Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium goes via GLS and Instabox €5,95 

The shipping is free with an expenditure above €75

Other EU countries we ship by GLS Parcel.

Shipping Outside the EU

We ship worldwide with FedEX

Shipping outside the EU is €14.95 ($18) 

Shipping to the US (FedEx) is €14.95 ($18) 

Shipping to Russia (PostNL Global pack)  €19,95 ($23,40) the maximum weight per order will be 5kg. We ship every Thursday of the week. 

For most destinations to which we ship, the (local) carrier of your order will make 1-2 attempts to deliver the package. If no one is present at the delivery address to receive the package, a notification will be left informing the addressee where the package can be picked up.

The package will be available for a limited time at this pickup point. After this, the package will be returned to us. If you have not received a message where you can pick up your order, please contact us: webshop@henriwillig.com

FAQ - Shipping & Delivery

Is there a weight limit to my order?
Weight limit depends on the destination. In most cases you can order as many items as you want. We will make sure everything you ordered is shipped to you, and we will evaluate if it is necessary to split your order into more than one box. 

Can I have my order shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address as well?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. This is only a service that UPS provides.

Can my order be delivered to a parcel pickup point?
Yes, provided they are available in the country. You can then easily select a service point via our location finder. 

Can my order also be delivered to a hotel?
Yes, we can also deliver your order to a Hotel. But please make sure that this hotel has the right facilities to store your package and hand it over to the right person. Please include the name of the person (hotel guest) for whom the package is when you place your order.

What is your return policy?
Our products are made with passion and to high quality standards. Should there nevertheless be any complaints about our products, for example due to transport or damage to the product, and you wish to return, please contact our customer service within 2 weeks. You can do this via the e-mail address webshop@henriwillig.com, with the subject product. You will receive a response from us as soon as possible. You can rest assured that your question or comment will be dealt with and that Henri Willig Kaas will strive to provide a proper solution within 30 days, such as a refund or a new product.
