We welcome you to our beautiful location in Giethoorn, where we can pamper you completely.

Where in the past many guests were welcomed at this Centrum - Hotel Restaurant location, we will continue on this course. Because hospitality has been instilled in us and we aim to give our visitors an unforgettable cheese experience. In our restaurant, you will therefore find our tasty cheeses in the lead role, in deliciously surprising dishes. We strive to offer many organic options. And if you have enjoyed it, you can go to our shop to buy high-quality cheese and enjoy our cheeses at home too!

We have plenty of seating in our restaurant both inside and outside. You are also welcome with a group.

Henri Willig also has a boat for groups of up to 42 people for hire, guaranteeing a complete Giethoorn experience. Here, if desired, you can enjoy a cheeseboard with Henri Willig Cheese during the cruise.

Since 1 July 2023, we have opened the doors of our restaurant and we would like to welcome you!

The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 - 19:00. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. So come along for a delicious snack or drink.
