About Henri Willig
In 1974 Henri Willig started making his now world-famous cheese in Katwoude. From the very beginning, Henri Willig has been progressive in the development of new products. In the early 80's he was the first cheesemaker to bring him the Gouda-style cheese made from goat's milk. A recipe for success! The goat's cheese won many prizes. Since then, his artisanal cheese dairy has grown into a premium cheese supplier with customers spread over more than 35 countries.
The high degree of flexibility to meet the specific demands of its customers has contributed to the strong expansion of the company in recent years. With an eye for high quality and the same degree of passion, we supply smaller batches of cheese for specialty stores and larger batches of cheese for high-end supermarkets and wholesalers. We like to connect with our partners to work together so that everyone benefits optimally.
Henri Willig also produces its own consciously organic brand Hooidammer. Hooidammer has always been a pioneer in the field of organic cheese that contributes to optimal biodiversity. Full of life and full of taste!
