Craving a quick and flavourful meal? These Asian-style wraps with seasoned minced meat, spicy Sriracha cow’s cheese from Henri Willig and fresh cabbage slaw bring together the perfect balance of creamy, savoury and refreshing. A surprising dish you can have on the table in no time.
Finely slice the spring onion and mix with the red cabbage and carrot. Stir the rice vinegar with 1 tsp sugar until dissolved and mix into the vegetables. Set aside to allow the flavours to develop.
Mix the mayonnaise with finely chopped kaffir lime leaf (remove the hard stem). Blend into a fresh sauce. A few small pieces of leaf may remain visible.
Cook the minced meat in a hot pan until browned and crumbly. Add the crushed garlic, finely chopped ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Place slices of Henri Willig Sriracha cow’s cheese on top of the meat and cover the pan. Let the cheese melt for 2–3 minutes.
Warm the wraps and fill with the minced meat, cabbage slaw and lime mayonnaise. Fold and optionally grill briefly for extra crispiness. Garnish with chopped peanuts and coriander.
