It was fast, two days and I had great cheese. The cooling packets were in a paper envelope and was damp to the touch. I don't think that I could reuse them as I have done with the cooling packets in plastic. Other than that I am very happy with my cheese.

Vegetarian goat and sheep’s milk cheeses are great. But could the goat’s milk cheeses be a little gamy-er? I doubt everybody would go for that, but I like the strong-tasting American goat cheddars. Also, if you could have the full selection of your goat/sheep’s milk cheeses in stock it would be great!

Habe definitiv noch keinen Käse gegessen, der uns hier nicht schmeckt.
Wird nicht unser letzter Kauf / unsere letzte Bestellung gewesen sein.
Besonders gut im Herbst: der Kürbiskäse.

Man muss wissen, dass die gereiften Käse wesentlich leichter sind als die angebotene Kilo Zahl.
Fairer wäre es das tatsächliche Verkaufsgewicht anzugeben.
Der Käse ist aber extrem lecker
