Visited the Amsterdam store last year and had a blast. Amazing cheese selections, better than anything here in the states. Some excellent flavorings to play with the palette when planning unique recipes. Ordered, shipped and arrived in the span of five days and we're in California (basically half way around the world). Fantastic service both while there and remotely. This is a Kaas worthy of ordering.

We love the cheeses and hope to order more in the future. The only thing to improve will be the shipping method/carrier speed. We live near Detroit, Michigan and there are plenty of direct flights from Amsterdam to Detroit. However the route taken to ship the package was unnecessarily long and convoluted. The package went to Ireland, then Uk, then multiple stops in the US! I would suggest to use different shipping method that uses more direct shipping route to Detroit, Michigan.
