Gerookte koekaas in de verpakking

Gerookte koekaas van Henri Willig wordt op ambachtelijke wijze met zorg en vakmanschap bereid. De Goudse kaas wordt eerst gesmolten en daarna in de juiste vorm gegoten. Vervolgens wordt de kaas gerookt op echt beukenhout in een rookoven. Dit geeft de rookkaas zijn kenmerkende rooksmaak en de traditionele bruine, eetbare korst.

Serveertip

Gerookte koekaas is heerlijk op brood of crackers en combineert bijzonder goed met een beetje mosterd. Ook lekker in blokjes op de borrelplank voor een hartige, rokerige smaak.

Excellent cheese - the smoked gouda is a favorite and I have it shipped to the U.S. Website is easy to use and shipping was fast and on time.

I ordered the smoked Gouda and the smoked goat cheese. They are both fantastic! We loved the smokey flavor, which we can't find anywhere in Spain.

My friends and I from Brazil really liked the Smoked Gouda. From now on everybody agreed to order it monthly.

We've also found out that the others cheeses are very tasteful (garlic, pepper, goat) but the Smoked Gouda turned out to be the apple of our eyes.

We, my husband and I, bought some cheeses from you during our recent visit to Amsterdam. Due to lack of space in our cases we were limited to what we could buy. How glad I was to see I could order online. Our first delivery has just arrived - Smoked Gouda - delicious! The whole process of ordering online and delivery to the door was first class. I am already thinking about what to order next, with such a large range to choose from it will be difficult, but fun!
