Fancy a quick, tasty meal that's just that little bit different? These crispy wraps are packed with creamy Hüttenkäse, fresh dill, pesto, peas, pieces of chicken and the delicious flavour of Henri Willig's Herb and Garlic Cow's Cheese. Perfectly crispy from the oven or airfryer, and ideal for lunch or brunch. Within 20 minutes, you can put a colourful, healthy and surprising dish on the table that everyone will enjoy!
Finely chop the shallot, chop the dill, and press the garlic clove.
Mix the shallot, dill, and garlic with pesto, Hüttenkäse, peas, Henri Willig herbs & garlic cheese, and shredded chicken, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the wrap on a flat surface, spoon some filling in the center, fold in the sides, and then fold the top and bottom over the filling to create a package.
Bake the wrap package in the air fryer for 6–8 minutes at 190°C or in the oven for 10–12 minutes at 200°C until golden brown and crispy.
Bake extra crispy: Brush the wrap lightly with olive oil for a golden brown, crispy exterior.
Vary vegetables: Replace the peas with peppers, corn or spinach for a colourful and nutritious twist.
Cream up: Add a tablespoon of Greek yoghurt to the filling for a creamy texture.
Additional herbs: Basil, parsley or extra dill enhance the flavour of the pesto and Hüttenkäse.
Complete: Serve the wraps with a fresh salad or rocket for a healthy, balanced meal.
