Henri Willig Organic Gouda Aged

This is the oldest variant of our organic cheese. Matured for at least a year, this cheese has a wonderfully sharp and strong taste, reminiscent of parmesan cheese. Also you can grate the cheese for over the pasta or the salad with one of our cheesegraters.
