Les produits livrés sont d’excellente qualité. Le mode d'emballage préserve la qualité des fromages. Le délai entre la commande et l’expédition est un peu long se qui coûte la 5ème étoile.
Pour le reste parfait.

Order arrived very quickly and as ordered .
Mustard was fine.
Unfortunately the hand cream does not have a secure seal at the top of the jar and several jars had leaked.
Coming to Australia at this time the weather is warm and the seal is not good enough to cope with weather change

We have been ordering Henri Willig cheeses ever since visiting the farm shop in 2008. We love most of their cheeses but can’t say anything negative about the ones that aren’t our favorites; different strokes for different folks. For the quality, I don’t consider them pricey. The little wheels are perfect for gifts, to bring to parties, or to just sit in the fridge until we’re ready to indulge. Best to order in the late fall to early spring sonyour cheeses and other items don’t melt on the summer heat. Mail services (USPS, FedEx) don’t refrigerate their facilities or vehicles, so beware if you’re ordering in the summer. Also, our order came really fast this year, well exceeding the expected delivery time (like 5 days from Netherlands to Maryland). Also in the past we had some front porch squirrel damage and HW replaced the order, so their customer service is great as well.

Product has always been top notch and I've ordered every year since I lived in Amsterdam. Concerned about the way my latest shipment was packaged. There was no cold pack to keep the cheese cold and the original box was not in good shape.

Excellent service from Henri. But the shipment is real disappointing. Was told shipment to Singapore takes around 5-7 days. Waited more than 2 weeks for box of stock to arrive SG, after sone chaser.
