I have visited several stores in Europe and have always been happy with the service and product. I also order to home in the USA. One time there was a delivery problem because of US Customs. The company immediately send me a replacement order. They took care of the problem. The company takes care of it's customers. The several other times that I have ordered have been delivered with no problem at all. In short, great customer care and great cheese.

In Köln und Münster die Verkaufsläden kennengelernt. Käse vor Ort probiert, gekauft, gegessen und für hervorragend befunden. Das man zusätzlich auch noch online das Angebot bestellen ist natürlich perfekt. In diesem Sinne, vielen Dank euch kennengelernt zu haben.

I loved taste testing all of their cheeses when we visited Zaanse Schans but my favorite was the old sheep. I brought some home and have since reordered on line. I look forward to being a regular customer
