Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the croissant dough package.
Roll the croissant dough into croissants and cut them into pieces of approximately 2 x 2 cm. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
Grate the Henri Willig Organic Chili Cow's Cheese and add it to the bowl with the croissant dough.
Mix the Henri Willig Dutch Flower Honey with chili flakes and add it to the bowl.
Mix everything together well so the cheese and hot honey are evenly distributed.
Put a sheet of baking paper in the cake tin and spoon the croissant mixture into it. Beat the egg and spread it evenly over the mixture with a pastry brush.
Bake the croissant pull-apart bread according to the baking time stated on the croissant dough packaging.
