Henri Willig is not just a cheese company, it is also a family business. Founded in 1974 by Henri Willig and his wife Riet, the company was passed on to the next generation and is now run by one of his sons, Wiebe Willig. The other 2 sons, Jacob and Martin, and several grandchildren are also active in the business.
Although Henri Willig has grown steadily and is now active far beyond the borders of the Netherlands, the company remains true to the core values of the family business. We know what we stand for and what we aim to achieve. Hospitality, authentic production methods, and quality continue to form the foundation of our success. The Willig family is closely involved in every aspect of the company, from the farm and the cheese dairy to the marketing and distribution of our products.
