Bestelling was goed ontvangen bij mijn relaties alleen vond ik het jammer dat er een reclame folder van jullie in zat met een kortingscode. Begrijp het heel goed alleen vond ik het tegenover uw klant (ik) niet zo heel netjes. Kleine tip... doe dit niet wanneer het een relatie geschenk betreft. Naar consumenten snap ik het heel goed maar hou het schoon op zakelijk gebied.

Plus punt vond ik dat de service enorm handig is om zo toch een stukje Edam op een betaalbare wijze te kunnen versturen. Mijn dank hiervoor want de kleine Edammertjes blijven mujn favoriet als echte Edammer.

Les produits livrés sont d’excellente qualité. Le mode d'emballage préserve la qualité des fromages. Le délai entre la commande et l’expédition est un peu long se qui coûte la 5ème étoile.
Pour le reste parfait.

Order arrived very quickly and as ordered .
Mustard was fine.
Unfortunately the hand cream does not have a secure seal at the top of the jar and several jars had leaked.
Coming to Australia at this time the weather is warm and the seal is not good enough to cope with weather change

The website ordering was easy, and I was amazed how quickly my order was received safely in the U.S. We visited your factory on our Globus tour in May 2018, and we greatly enjoyed it! Thank you!

We have been ordering Henri Willig cheeses ever since visiting the farm shop in 2008. We love most of their cheeses but can’t say anything negative about the ones that aren’t our favorites; different strokes for different folks. For the quality, I don’t consider them pricey. The little wheels are perfect for gifts, to bring to parties, or to just sit in the fridge until we’re ready to indulge. Best to order in the late fall to early spring sonyour cheeses and other items don’t melt on the summer heat. Mail services (USPS, FedEx) don’t refrigerate their facilities or vehicles, so beware if you’re ordering in the summer. Also, our order came really fast this year, well exceeding the expected delivery time (like 5 days from Netherlands to Maryland). Also in the past we had some front porch squirrel damage and HW replaced the order, so their customer service is great as well.
