Love your cheese. I first tasted while visiting the Netherlands. I bought some there and carried it all over Europe with me for 14 days. Loved it so much that when we had eaten all of it, I went on line and found out I could order it and get it in just a few days. Wish I had known that before hauling it with me for 14 days -:) Have been ordering it every since. Now going on 4 years.

The cheese was excellent and arrived in good state. The summer heat affected it very little and after refrigeration per following the instructions it was very enjoyable.

Un gouda ahumado excelente que llego en buen estado al norte de España. El calor del verano le afecto poco y despues de seguir las instrucciones de refrigeracion fue fantastico.

Cheese is superb, we didn't bring home enough. Easy to reorder online, prices were very good for the quality, and the shipping fees were nominal. We will continue to order from your company.

Apparently the cheese was very good but it was not delivered on the date that I requested, also I was not given any tracking information. As someone previously said, if you are going to request a signature the recipient needs to know when it will be delivered especially, as in my case, it was delivered four days early.

Im giving you a rating of average it is not because of you product. The cheese is second to none. Its because of your cust service I was never supplied with a notification of delivery nor a tracking number. I did send an email requesting one but never got a reply. Since you request a signature someone has to be home, you cant wait home every day waiting for the product never knowing. And because of that you did not receive a excellent rating. Cust service should equal your product.
