With this kitchen version of the professional Dutch cheese knife, you can easily cradle through the tastiest semi-hard to spicy crumbly cheeses. This traditional cheese knife has two handles. One handle is placed vertically on the blade and the other handle is placed horizontally. By grasping both handles well while cutting, you won't cut yourself in the fingers. The Dutch cheese knife is approximately 32 cm long from handle to handle.
