Serving tip

Slice this matured goat’s cheese easily into pieces using the Henri Willig Cheese Knife for a cheese board or salad. For thin, even slices, use a cheese slicer. It is also delicious grated over pasta, oven dishes or grilled vegetables with one of our cheese graters.
