Our matured organic cheese has been aged for four months, giving it a richer, fuller flavor than the young cheese. Soft, creamy, and full of character.

You can easily cut the cheese into pieces or cubes with the Henri Willig Dutch Cheese Knife, or make thin slices using one of our cheese slicers.

Serving suggestion

Serve the matured organic cheese at room temperature with fresh bread, crackers, or nuts. Also delicious in pieces over a warm meal or on a cheese board for a rich tasting experience.
