This smoked cheese with Jalapeño is our new favorite. For lovers of spicy this is a delicious addition to our assortment. Smoked cheese is produced in a special way. First, the Gouda cheese is melted and smoked on real beech wood in a smoke oven. This gives the smoked cheese its traditional flavour and an artisanal brown (edible) crust.
