This year's first Henri's Hero is a soft Gouda cow's cheese with ramson. Ramson - also known as wild garlic - is the brother of chives and have a somewhat milder garlic and onion flavor. This herb is not only delicious flavoring in various dishes and marinades, but also in our Gouda cow's cheese.
