Because people are so important to us, we support various social, cultural or sporting causes and initiatives that fit with our mission to inspire the world with Henri Willig cheese. For example, members of our cheese family have in recent years participated in the annual Dam tot Damloop to raise money for charity Kika, and members of our team recently organised collections for the Voedselbank (food bank) and the war victims in the Ukraine.
One of the most important charities in which we are involved is the Hart voor Vrouwen action, in cooperation with the women's network Inner Wheel Nederland. This charity raises money for research into cardiovascular disease in women. Traditionally, it was the women who made the cheese. We owe them a debt of gratitude for the success of Dutch cheese, not only under the Henri Willig brands but in general. Strong women also contribute to the success within our company.
