The Reguliersbreestraat is a street in Amsterdam located between the Rembrandtplein and Muntplein. The street was named after the Reguliersklooster (1394-1532), a convent that was situated just outside the former city gate called the Regulierspoort, of which the Regulierstoren, or Munttoren as it is now called, remains. The Reguliersbreestraat is the home to the Tuschinski Theater and is a pedestrian street. Next to the theater is a beautiful Henri willig cheese shopYou will find high-quality young, mature, old, smoked and a number of organic Dutch cheeses, mostly produced by Henri Willig kaas BV itself. A number of these cheeses have won prestigious prizes during international cheese competitions. Please come in and we will let you taste them.
