The former Amsterdam Main Post Office is situated at the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal behind the Royal Palace. The building was created in a variety of neostyles with neogothic and neorenaissance elements being the most prominent (also known as post office gothic). It is part of the Top 100 Dutch UNESCO monuments.
Nowadays, the Magna Plaza is an atmospheric covered shopping centre containing a range of different stores, and which is open seven days a week.
