Our award winning organic Green Pesto Gouda is fresh, aromatic and wonderfully creamy. The combination of basil, garlic and carefully selected herbs gives this young organic cheese a surprising twist of flavour that stands out immediately on any cheese board.

This cheese is easy to slice with the Henri Willig Dutch Cheese Knife and is also delicious served in thin slices on bread or toast.

Serving suggestion

Serve with crusty bread and cherry tomatoes, or cut the cheese into cubes for a drinks platter. It is also a delicious addition to a fresh salad.
