Henri Willig's smoked goat cheese is crafted with care and expertise in a special way. First, the Gouda goat cheese is melted and moulded. Then, the cheese is smoked on beech wood in a smokehouse. This gives the smoked cheese its traditional flavour and traditional brown, edible rind.

Serving tips
Smoked goat cheese is delicious on a cheeseboard with a sweet fig or balsamic cheese dip. Also try this versatile cheese on a sandwich, in an omelette, or through a salad as a tasty alternative to meat.

I found the greatest cheese in the world while visiting Zaanse Schans and the windmills! I bought the smoked goat cheese and ate it all the same day as I shared it with two friends. The first thing i did when I got back to the USA was order more!! It arrived today and I am savoring every bite!

I ordered a smoky goat cheese. I have tried it before. The taste is amasing different from every cheese my family and I have tried.
The delivery took 4 days. I reduce one point because I received an email with a wrong date of delivery.
