Henri Willig smoked goat’s cheese is crafted with great care and traditional expertise. The Gouda-style goat’s cheese is first melted and shaped, then smoked over real beechwood in a smoke oven. This gives the cheese its characteristic smoky flavour and its rustic, edible brown rind.

Serving tip
