Henri Willig Smoked Cow's Cheese 500 grams

Smoked cow’s cheese from Henri Willig is carefully prepared in a special and traditional way. First, the Dutch Gouda cheese is melted and poured into the right shape. The cheese is then smoked on real beechwood in a smoke oven. This gives the smoked cheese its characteristic flavour and the traditional brown, edible rind.

Serving tip

Smoked cow’s cheese is delicious on bread or crackers and pairs perfectly with a little mustard. Also tasty in cubes on a cheese board for a rich, smoky flavour.
