This old cow's cheese has been matured for at least a year. It is a harder cheese with a creamy texture. This cheese is delicious on a hot baguette or as a snack with a glass of red wine or red port.

This cheese is easy to cut with our Henri Willig Cheese Knife and also you can grate the cheese with one of our graters.

I ordered a Wheel of your Black cow aged Gouda, and I absolutely love it. Outstanding texture and flavor. I was in Germany during the early 1980's and then discovered Dutch cheeses, and have been a fan ever since!
