Henri Willig is celebrating its golden jubilee! In 1974 Henri Willig and his wife Riet took over the farm from his parents and started making Dutch quality cheeses. To celebrate, we look back and forward in our jubilee book and have developed an anniversary cheese with the Frysk Hynder Whisky.
