This cheese is the ripened version of our young natural Gouda. This cow cheese has been matured for about 4 months and therefore has a slightly sharper taste than the young Gouda cheese. The texture is soft and creamy and the cheese is still easy to cut.

This wheel can be perfectly cut into the desired pieces with our Dutch cheese knife and sliced with one of our cheese slicers.

Had aged Gouda in Curacao and this is just as good if not better. Awesome flavor, texture, aroma....very nice. Will be ordering more. Only issue is communication about tracking and shipments. Emailed twice ...no response then all of a sudden, cheese is dropped at front door in 105° heatwave. Could have made arrangements if info was shared and updated better.
