This young, creamy goat cheese with lavender added to it has a distinctive colour and flavour. At first, the cheese tastes mild and then the lavender becomes evident: fruity and slightly sharp. The flavour of lavender is closest to that of rosemary. This is a truly unique, aromatic cheese with a special colour.

I got a small piece of this lavender goat cheese for taste in a Budapest market. I closed my eyes and smelled it thoroughly before tasting it. My first reacton was tears in my eyes. Then my smile turned into laughter because the door into my memory lane became wide open. Memories of lavender fields, a village with all those long forgotten sounds of animals, gardens where we felt secure... How did you make this wonder?
