Apparently the cheese was very good but it was not delivered on the date that I requested, also I was not given any tracking information. As someone previously said, if you are going to request a signature the recipient needs to know when it will be delivered especially, as in my case, it was delivered four days early.

Im giving you a rating of average it is not because of you product. The cheese is second to none. Its because of your cust service I was never supplied with a notification of delivery nor a tracking number. I did send an email requesting one but never got a reply. Since you request a signature someone has to be home, you cant wait home every day waiting for the product never knowing. And because of that you did not receive a excellent rating. Cust service should equal your product.

The item I ordered recently is balsamic mustard. The taste is different from the first time we bought in your Amsterdam factory last December, it lacks the pungent taste. Though I'm very satisfied with the delivery.
