I first purchased cheese in one of their shops in Amsterdam in 2019 and have continued to order from them online. I love their line of truffle cheeses. They are incredible.

I made my order on August 19th, 2023 and have YET to receive any update about my order, let alone my order itself. Nothing has been delivered to me and the last I checked, it said that the label has been put on it, but it hasn't even left the facility yet! For someone who was planning on being a long time customer, this is very sad and am not interested in making any orders in the future with poor customer service like this.
