This extra aged Dutch Gouda cow’s cheese made from organic cow’s milk has matured for at least 12 months. This long maturation gives the cheese a firm texture and a rich, creamy flavour that is typical of extra aged cheese.

A piece of Henri Willig Extra Old Cow’s Cheese weighs approximately 300 grams and is vacuum packed, so the flavour and quality are perfectly preserved.

Serving tip

Extra aged cheese is delicious on a warm piece of baguette or as a savoury bite with a glass of red wine or ruby port. Thanks to its pronounced flavour, this cheese is also perfect as a flavourful addition to a cheese board.
