Warm, nutty and wonderfully aromatic: this Dutch Gouda cheese with cumin is a true classic. Our rich Gouda cheese gains extra depth from the addition of whole cumin seeds. They give the cheese a subtle anise-like flavour and a spicy bite that perfectly complements the creamy character of the cheese.

Serving tip
