De kaas is heerlijk van smaak en ook langer goed te houden omdat je natuurlijk nooit het hele wiel ineens aansnijdt . Dit mits goed ingepakt en zonder de snijvlakken aan te raken natuurlijk. Misschien leuk als er op de veilingsite eens een groter wiel wordt aangeboden voor een keer
