Cheese dairy Jacobs Hoeve in Katwoude is where Henri Willig started making cheese over 45 years ago. The farm can be visited for a demonstration of the craft. The shop offers a wide range of delicious cheese specialties and gifts.
The Jacobs Hoeve shop offers a wide range of their dairy cheeses. Besides plain cheese, you can also sample the sheep and goat cheeses that are available in many flavours such as fenugreek, hot & spicy and pesto. Delicious for you to enjoy at home, or as a special gift. Our staff is happy to make recommendations. The shop also offers a wide selection of souvenirs and other typical Dutch treats such as ‘stroopwafels’ (syrup waffles) and chocolate.
