Thyme honey is a darker amber coloured honey with a fairly bold, slightly spicy flavour. Bees collect nectar from thyme plants with white to pink flowers, giving this honey a character that is herbaceous, floral and aromatic, with a subtle sweetness. A jar of Henri Willig Thyme Honey contains 250 gram of honey.

Making crystallised honey liquid again

Has your honey become a little firmer? Place the jar in a warm water bath and let it heat up gently. Stir now and then until the honey is smooth and liquid again. Use lukewarm to warm water and avoid high heat, so the flavour and aromas stay at their best.
