Henri Willig's smoked cow cheese is crafted with care and expertise in a special way. First, the Gouda cheese is melted and moulded. Then, the cheese is smoked on beech wood in a smokehouse. This gives the smoked cheese its traditional flavour and traditional brown, edible rind.

I ordered the smoked Gouda and the smoked goat cheese. They are both fantastic! We loved the smokey flavor, which we can't find anywhere in Spain.

My friends and I from Brazil really liked the Smoked Gouda. From now on everybody agreed to order it monthly.

We've also found out that the others cheeses are very tasteful (garlic, pepper, goat) but the Smoked Gouda turned out to be the apple of our eyes.

We, my husband and I, bought some cheeses from you during our recent visit to Amsterdam. Due to lack of space in our cases we were limited to what we could buy. How glad I was to see I could order online. Our first delivery has just arrived - Smoked Gouda - delicious! The whole process of ordering online and delivery to the door was first class.
