You have not mailed my order in over 3 weeks! I have received messages that say that it has been shipped. Three other orders were received and all 4 ordered on the same day at the same time. Whatever your system is, it's terrible. I cannot get an answer on the phone and have called several times. I email and get a boilerplate answer that says that they will respond in 2 days! Give me a break. I will be reporting your company on TripAdvisor!
