The five wedges we ordered did not have the same "salt crystal burst" flavor we came to enjoy when purchasing Pure Perfection in Europe. Perhaps it was the overseas shipment and high temperatures that "melted" the crystals and resulted in a slimy/greasy room temperature feel. Refrigerating helped eliminate the greasy feel but didn't restore the bursting flavor we enjoyed.
