This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data by Henri Willig Kaas B.V., established at Hoogedijk 8, 1145PM, Katwoude, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 36037970, or its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.

1.2. Which personal data do we process?
We may process the following categories of personal data when you visit our stores:
- Camera footage. No audio recordings are made, no facial recognition is used, and no links are made to customer data or payment data.
1.3. Purposes of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Protection of customers, employees, visitors, and suppliers;
- Prevention and detection of theft and other criminal offenses;
- Protection of our property.
1.4. Information regarding camera surveillance
1.4.1. Legal basis for processing
The processing of camera surveillance is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our company, our employees, and our customers against criminal offenses, vandalism, and other security risks.
1.4.2. Retention period
In principle, the camera footage is automatically deleted after five (5) days, unless a security incident makes a longer retention period necessary.
In the event of an incident, the footage is retained solely for evidentiary purposes and only for as long as necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
1.4.3. Recipients of the data
The camera footage is only accessible to authorized employees, insofar as this is necessary for the stated purposes.
Disclosure to third parties only takes place if this is legally required or necessary for the investigation of criminal offenses (for example, to the police, judicial authorities, or insurers).
No data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.
1.5. Your rights
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data;
- Have your data corrected or deleted;
- Restrict processing;
- Object to processing;
- Request and transfer your data (data portability);

We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. For example: we retain invoice data for 7 years due to tax obligations.
