Pine honey is an amber coloured, richly spiced honey with a full flavour that can remind you of cough syrup. This special honey is not made from nectar, but from honeydew, a sweet substance released by nectar feeding insects. Bees collect this honeydew and transform it into a deep, characterful honey. A jar of Henri Willig Pine Honey contains 250 gram of honey.

Serving tip
