This ripened version of our organic cheese has been matured for 4 months. As a result, it has a slightly stronger taste than the young cheese.

This cheese can be perfectly cut into pieces with our Dutch Cheese Knife and sliced with one of our cheese slicers. You can also grate the cheese over the pasta or the salad with one of our cheese graters.

Our artisan cheese specialist cuts the whole cheese into pieces and vacuums them for you. Then we ship the cheese to you and you can enjoy your fresh Henri Willig cheese in no time!
