Cumin Koekaas has the full, rich flavor that is so characteristic of world-famous Gouda cheeses. The addition of cumin seeds during production gives the cheese its distinctive anise-like taste. An easygoing cheese made to share!

Our artisanal cheese specialist cuts a quarter or one-eighth from the wheel and carefully vacuum-packs it. The cheese is then shipped directly to you, so you can enjoy fresh Henri Willig cheese in no time.

Serving suggestion

Serve the Cumin Koekaas at room temperature with crunchy crackers and a drizzle of honey or fig compote.
