This extra aged sheep’s cheese has been matured for at least 1 year, giving it a firm bite and a creamy, full flavour. The longer ageing adds depth and a gently tangy character, just the way sheep’s cheese lovers enjoy it. By popular request, this cheese has been added to our assortment.

With this product you receive a vacuum packed 1/11 piece of sheep’s cheese of about 300 gram. Perfect to keep at home for sharing moments or to savour at your own pace.

Serving tip

I am allergic to cow's milk but love sharp cheeses. While in Amsterdam I tried the Old Sheep's Cheese and loved it!
