Online tickets cannot be refunded. Up to 24 hours before your visit it is possible to reschedule your tickets to another date or time, depending on availability.
I have an extra person joining. Can they enter at the same time?
If places are still available, you can buy additional tickets in our shop.
Can I reserve tickets by phone?
Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve tickets by phone. Tickets can easily be ordered via our website:

All tickets show the same name. Is that a problem?
No, that is not a problem. The name on the ticket is the person who placed and paid for the order. Each ticket has a unique barcode that will be scanned at the entrance.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not necessary. You can also show your ticket on your phone at the entrance.
Are discount cards accepted?
No, discount cards are not accepted.
2. Problems with online tickets
I have not received my tickets.
Please first check your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes the confirmation email ends up there. Also check if the email address was entered correctly.
I cannot order a ticket online.
Check your internet connection and reload the page. You may also try another browser.
I keep returning to the same payment page.
Make sure all required information is filled in correctly. When paying by credit card, do not forget the CVC code.
I cannot download my tickets.
