Where in the past many guests were welcomed at this Centrum - Hotel Restaurant location, we will continue on this course. Because hospitality has been instilled in us and we aim to give our visitors an unforgettable cheese experience. In our restaurant, you will therefore find our tasty cheeses in the lead role, in deliciously surprising dishes. We strive to offer many organic options. And if you have enjoyed it, you can go to our shop to buy high-quality cheese and enjoy our cheeses at home too!
We have plenty of seating in our restaurant both inside and outside. You are also welcome with a group.
Boating in Giethoorn
Henri Willig also has a boat for groups of up to 42 people for hire, guaranteeing a complete Giethoorn experience. Here, if desired, you can enjoy a cheeseboard with Henri Willig Cheese during the cruise.

If you are with a somewhat smaller group and would like to cruise through Giethoorn by boat yourself, you can also rent a boat.
Opening hours Grand Café Henri Willig
Since 1 July 2023, we have opened the doors of our restaurant and we would like to welcome you! The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. So come along for a delicious snack or drink.
Starting 28 February 2026, we will be serving breakfast and dinner in addition to lunch, and we will be open daily from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM — with our kitchen closing at 8:00 PM. This way, you can enjoy our restaurant even more often. We look forward to welcoming you.
You are welcome to make a reservation by phone, but you are also warmly welcome without one.

- In autumn and winter, opening hours may vary. Our boat is not available from 22 December to 8 February.
- From 28 February, open daily from 8:30 - 21:00. Our kitchen will be open until 20:00.
